The Vogue World 2024 took place on Sunday and the theme was to celebrate fashion fused in sport. Athletes from different sports walked the ramp wearing different brands. Tennis stars also made their presence felt with the likes of Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova, and Casper Ruud, featuring in the fashion event.
Apart from these three stars, Venus Williams was also present at the event. In fact, the elder of the Williams sisters walked across the historic ramp at the Place Vendome’s Colonne Vendome. Serena and Venus represented the tennis fraternity at the prestigious event.
The tennis event began with an ode to Louis Vuitton and Nicolas Ghesquiere’s decade in his post as creative director, with a look from each of those ten years. After that the two long-running champions, Serena Williams and Venus Williams, graced the show, wearing Off-White and Marine Serre looks, respectively.
Meanwhile, Maria Sharapova and Casper Ruud were pictured at the event. While Sharapova came alone wearing a white jumpsuit, Ruud came to the event with his girlfriend Maria Galligani. The couple posed before the camera, standing beside each other.

The event had other prominent athletes from sports, including cycling, fencing, equestrian, track and field, aquatics, gymnastics, martial arts, and soccer featured at the event wearing clothes from the top brands of the world.
